Privacy Policy

How Texas LandRush handles information submitted through the website.

Last updated: August 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes the website practices currently used by Texas LandRush. It is informational and is not legal advice. Practices and legal requirements can change, so review this page before submitting information.

Information You Provide

We collect information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, account details, property details, county or area, acreage or size, budget or price range, timing, property address, parcel or tax ID, inquiry messages, seller-path selections, uploaded documents, preferred contact method, and communication choices.

Marketing and Technical Information

When you arrive through a campaign or shared link, the website may receive and store limited attribution details such as the landing path, referring page, UTM campaign fields, and advertising click identifiers when present. We use this information to understand the source of an inquiry and improve campaign reporting. We do not ask you to provide a click identifier in the form.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to operate the website, manage accounts and listings, respond to inquiries, route a request to the appropriate team member or service provider, protect the website, prevent misuse, measure campaigns when optional analytics consent is granted, and meet legal obligations. The ordinary website workflow is not designed to sell personal information.

Information We Share

We may share information with service providers that help host, secure, maintain, or communicate through the website; with mapping or address-autocomplete providers when you use those tools; and with licensed professionals or other providers when needed to respond to a request you make. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security of the website, users, or others.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Optional Analytics

The website may use browser storage for consent choices and limited marketing attribution. Optional analytics and advertising-measurement tags are intended to load only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the site’s consent control. Essential site functions may work without that optional consent. Google Maps or another mapping provider may process information needed to provide map or address suggestions under its own terms and privacy policy.

Contact and Marketing Choices

Submitting an inquiry authorizes us to use the information to respond to that request. Separate email, call, and text choices are recorded when offered. We will honor applicable opt-out requests. Commercial email must include the required sender identification and unsubscribe method; text and call communications must follow applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

Texas Privacy Requests

Where applicable law gives you rights, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or ask about choices concerning targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. Send a request to texaslandrush.net@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and will review and respond as required by applicable law. Texas privacy information is also available from the Texas Attorney General.

Security and Updates

We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or legal obligations change.
